Client Testimonials
“I am really appreciative of having Amy as my consultant. Amy is caring, warm and immensely proficient as an AF-EMDR Consultant. She is highly experienced and competent, and guides me towards understanding the use of AF-EMDR with very sharp questions and clear explanations. Our sessions are safe spaces for my growth.”

“I would recommend Amy to anyone looking for thoughtful, grounded support through grief. Amy is professional, steady and calm. Through working with her, I have gained greater clarity about my grief process, as well as practical skills and practices that have helped me become more self-aware and confident in coping with difficult emotions. What I particularly appreciate is Amy’s ability to balance emotional insight with practical steps. Her approach has helped me better understand what I am experiencing while also giving me tools that I can apply in my daily life. This has been especially valuable in helping me continue functioning through a year of significant mental and emotional challenges.”

“Working with Amy has made a real difference for me. I can see and feel the progress I’ve made since starting our sessions, both in how I understand myself and how I feel in my body. Through our work together, including brainspotting, EMDR and somatic work, I’ve been able to go beyond understanding things intellectually and process them on a deeper emotional and physical level, to feel more at ease in my own body. I feel much better equipped to recognise and work through things on my own outside of our sessions. What I appreciate most is how attuned she is during our sessions. She listens attentively and picks up on what I share, offering perspectives or observations that add to my own understanding and train of thought. She helps me make connections, see things from a different angle, and make sense of my past experiences and who I am. I leave our sessions feeling like something has clicked or shifted, and equipped with tools to work through challenges as they come up.”
